l2k
Why does the graph for availability look exactly the same as the graph for downloaded? I would think intuitively that it should be solid blue, since the seed has 100% of the file downloaded himself, ie. 100% of the file is available to me.But obviously I have the wrong idea....Also, what does the 1.8### mean? Thanks. DreadWingKnight
Each 1 in availability is 1 copy of each piece found. Points below that are the percentage of total copies of the pieces shy of another full copy. The availability graph you show includes the seed and you. l2k
Thanks for the quick reply! So basically:- The blue is 2 copies (his + mine)and- The white is 1 copy (his)And red means no copies? Please verify this. Thanks.
DreadWingKnight
A red slice means no copies exist among connected peers. If the swarm is sufficiently large and/or new, you shouldn't concern yourself immediately with missing pieces.
l2k
My swarm is just me and 1 seeder. So I guess that's the only case in which the graphs are the same?
