Sulendil Posted May 1, 2008 Report Share Posted May 1, 2008 Hi everyone! I recently downloaded uTorrent 1.8 beta to upgrade from my previous version of uTorrent (which is 1.6.1). However, when I use my uTorrent 1.8 beta, the yellow triangle keeps appearing, a problem which didn't occur when I switch back to the 1.6.1 version. I currently keep both of them in my comp, and both are using the same setting. What should I do? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If it says it's okay, then ignore it.Also, if you use a software firewall (besides the built-in Windows one), you have to remove and recreate your exceptions for utorrent. Sulendil Posted May 1, 2008 Author Report Share Posted May 1, 2008 Well, when I use 1.8, the port tester says that the port is not opened, but when I use the 1.6.1, everything is fine.BTW, I don't activate my firewall (both XP and the software) when I use uTorrent.
