cutieblackbbw
My upload speed hasn't changed, except when I've experimented with it to try and get the download back up, so I can't figure this one out. No I don't have a yellow triangle, I have a green check. I checked the port and it's supposedly working fine. I checked the speed check and entered the correct upload amount. For days utorrent was downloading everything in hundreds of kb/s, and suddenly NO torrent will get above 20 kb/s and most stay around 8 kb/s. Help?! zinnium
Comcast is picking all of this up right now... WHat they have done is purchased a new series of equipment that automatically detects and them limits or kills it. I actually know the consultant that advised them on the purchase. I'll see him tomorrow or late tonight, but would it help if i got the info on it? might lead to a way to get around this.
