Switeck Posted May 2, 2008 Report Share Posted May 2, 2008 It could be bad network drivers, especially if using a USB wireless card or USB modem.It could be due to FireFox loading complex webpages that make lots of connections, thus overloading Window's half open limit...and maybe something about that causes a stoppage of your download/upload in uTorrent.
