jewelisheaven
Well did you start by re-setting up uT for the connection? http://utorrent.com/setup_guide.php lists most things to get you back. That is unless you lack connectivity in a basic sense. Have you checked to see if http://distribution.openoffice.org/p2p/ downloads? Select the most recent 2.4.0 english to download the torrent, load it into uT and describe what happens. Is there a tracker error? Do you connect to peers? Are you downloading consistently? What about uploading.. Are you able to upload? Are your ports forwarded? If you changed lines you likely also changed hardware, is your device(s) listed @ http://www.portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/routerindex.htm

jewelisheaven
How does it differ between OpenOffice and the ones you are downloading. If the tracker status is an error, then you've got to figure out why. If it's the tracker's fault OK. But it doesn't appear to be a global problem with you since you can download openoffice. You don't need to finish OpenOffice. It's just a metric to use to figure out if certain parts of your connection are working.
