Picklesama
I was just wondering, what EXACTLY does it mean when you're 'seeding' a file?I downloaded something a while back and never cleared the finished file, and now it says that I'm seeding the file.Basically I want to know, so that I can know if I should clear the file out or just leave it as is. jewelisheaven
Seeding means you're sharing it. What's the ratio say on General tab? http://btfaq.com/#what
Picklesama
That's what I thought. The ratio says 1.515.
jewelisheaven
That's over what most people do If you want to remove it, it's "fair" to do so with that ratio (many people stop sharing under 1.0 which means they didn't even upload as much as they downloaded). If not and you're not doing anything else, there's no downside to sharing This is true for all your downloads
