I highly doubt that ProcExp would fail to run under Vista. Mark Russinovich wouldn't be silly enough to overlook something like that. Try redownloading it...?

Start > Run > devmgmt.msc

Check what Firon asked you to check -- that none of the IDE/ATA ATAPI controllers' connected devices' current transfer modes are in PIO.

Of course, i have 3 HDD's, one 300gig and two 250gig... I'll try relocating all the files to a diffrent drive and see the changes...

Cpu is ranging abour 3-4 but that's much better, i guess my D:\ Drive hasn't got a good transfer type =(
