zinnium
Right now in 1.8, if you have a Torrent started and nothing is happen but maybe uploading (does this while uploading, but not seeding) it shows up as an inactive torrent. It would be nice if it was simply classified as a active torrent. this would allow a user to easily see if there is any and all torrents that are truly active, but just not doing anything. Inactive should be for like stopped or paused torrents.
jewelisheaven
... No problem here displaying the torrents uploading in "Active" category.
Firon
I think he means when the torrent is still downloading, but there's no downloading activity.
jewelisheaven
o.O OH! Is that how this "bug" works? lol If so then, yeah they know about it
Firon
It isn't a bug, it's intentional (downloading is only active if it's actually downloading). That's why this is still in feature requests.
jewelisheaven
I meant by "bug" it's already known and was pointed out several times in the dev thread.
zinnium
Sorry, I've been down for a while. But I don't know if its a bug or not, but when I'm looking at a downloading torrent (thats active) and its not downloading (0 kb/s) it shows up as inactive. And say if a novice user has that same situation then they could possibly be uploaded a dead torrent for quite sometime (I call torrents with no seeds dead torrents).
