Firon
I'm not sure if it'll make a 'true' decentralized torrent that'll work with Mainline though. That one requires you to specify a node. I don't think any client does it besides mainline though...
DreadWingKnight
For making torrents that work with mainline's DHT, BitComet's maker does. Mainline's maker does.I can probably modify my maker to do the same.
Firon
Oh wow, BitComet did something right? That's amazing.

nightshifted
BitSpirit can make them as well. However, I haven't figured out how to open BitSpirit without its grabbing the association for .torrent files, so I always have to change it back afterward. It will be so nice when this testing that requires BitSpirit is over and I can uninstall the monstreakinosity.
