Aries21
I have been using utorrent 1.7.7 for a long time now and everything worked fine untill yesterday. Im on Vista Ultimate with NOD32 2.7 and COMODO firewall. My router is THOMSON ST780. I have tried forward the port manualy like it says on portforward.com before but couldt make it work so i used UPnP and it worked just fine. I did get occasional yellow triangle from time to time and reseting the router to defaults always fixed it. Untill yesterday. I tried it a few times, tried changing ports, tried manual port forwarding, with UPnP turned on and off, tried turning off comodo and nod and nothig worked. I was getting desperate and i downloaded 1.8 beta and only thing it helped is to increase my speed a little but im still not getting any incoming connections. I even tried using a second computer but that ended with the same result. Im on 2Mb/384Kb connection on Iskon.hr.

Firon
You may not be configuring Comodo correctly, or you're forwarding to the incorrect local IP in your router.
Aries21
I tried shutting comodo off completly and that dont help either so i doubt problem lies there. As for IP, im using the same static local ip since i got the router and i im certain that i assigned the port to the correct device but it dosent work, and when i think about it it never did. The only thing that ever did work was just pure UPnP. I would turn on u torrent and then reverted my router back to factory settings, ann once it connected back evverything would work fineand the port would be open. Ultima
Shutting Comodo off won't be enough to get rid of its blocking behavior. Try uninstalling it temporarily to see if the problem persists, just to narrow down the possibilities.
Aries21
tried it right now. Nothing is changed, the port is still closed and not getting any incoming connections
Ultima
The ST780 is also your modem, right? Is there anything connected in between the ST780 and your computer besides the wire? What is the router's DHCP range, and what have you set your LAN IP to ?
