Yellow Triangle problem

Hey guys,

I've been using uTorrent for a couple of months now with no problem. I changed my ISP last Wednesday and ever since I did I've had problems. Sometimes I can't even get any incoming connections and others I have a max download speed of 4kb but can get an upload of 400kb.

I know I'll probably be told to use the speed guide thing but I can't even do that. When I click on "Run speed test at: www.dslreports.com" nothing happens and the same happens when I click on "Test to see if port is forwarded properly"

Any help?

I'm with NTL in Ireland using a Netgear WGR614 v9 wireless router.
