0.5kbs dl speeds, ul speeds fine

I have been using uTorrent for years now and haven't had any problems up till now. All my ports are forwarded and I dont have any firewalls on however I am getting incredibly slow download speeds that never go over 1 kbs. The strange thing is that my upload speeds seem to be going along just fine. I tried Azureus to see if I had the same problem but everything worked 100% fine there. Ive been a loyal uTorrent user ever since I started downloading torrents and frankly using Azureus makes me feel dirty so if there is anyone out there who could help me with this problem I would greatly appreciate it!
