Browser problems.

Hi it seems that my utorrent uses to much of my internet. when i launch utorrent i cant use my internet browser anymore. It shows just a blank page and now my utorrent port is down and i cant connect the internet to check the port =[[

First it went all fine just my internet was realy slow, now my internet is fixed and utorrent makes it go down =[ please give some advice
