all exe files changed HELP

All my exe files have changed to bit torrent files and wont open i uninstalled bit torrent i changed the open with options but only like 3 of them let me do that please please please help me

and its be cuz of u torrent cuz as soon as it finished downloading all the exe shortcuts stopped working so please please please tell me how to fix this i need help

yes i did but the yes but to open the registry is an exe an i cant find the source of it
