Preset Upload/Download limits

I think I'm not the only one who finds that when doing other things on the computer, I have to limit my up/down speeds on uTorrent, because if not, browsing the internet or any other web-related app becomes a nightmare. Same thing occurs when another person in my LAN wants to browse the internet or check email and finds everything to be going slow because me or someone else is downloading/uploading something.

That's good, it means the software works perfectly and squeezes out my bandwidth. I love that.

But in scenarios like the ones pictured above I have to of course apply limits to up/down speeds. However I find that sometimes the "rounding up" of numbers makes me have to click about six times (and another six for upload) to get the speed I want it at.

Sometimes I want it at half the speed, if I'm doing some browsing or online shopping, or even videoconferencing or online gaming. Other times, I'll just turn it down enough to have some extra bandwidth for the smooth functioning of e-mail or IM.

My idea is that the program could have "Pre-set" limits for upload and download speeds, that the user can manually configure according to his bandwidth, and switch between them through the pop-up menu in the taskbar icon.
