Blocked But Want To Download

Long Story Short: My IP address was blocked from a torrent site, I made a new account using proxy, and have full access.

Problem: I can download the torrent file, but when I pull it up in uTorrent it won't download.

My guess: Obviously uTorrent uses my internet connection to download which detects my IP, and therefore won't let me download.

I tried: Options > Pref > advanced > net.bind_ip --- & changed it to a random free IP --- no luck

Seriously, please try to help me out a bit. I'm no torrent whiz but I tried a solution before posting, so if you could help me out I'd greatly appreciate it :-)

PS: I should add that I was banned for apparently no reason, ironically after I donated $120+ to the site :-(

You need an HTTP proxy and you need to configure utorrent to use it.

Don't use the bind ip options, that's not what they're for.
