MyBigToe
ill be going away for a copule of weeks, but dont want to keep my PC on for the whole time, so what id want is to get my roommate to turn the PC on at home, then while im away, use my laptop to upload the new torrent files, but once theyve completed, for the home PC to shut down.Any possibility of this? Firon
No, it's not implemented into the webui backend.
jewelisheaven
It's not a setting which is stored right... if the setting were to be stored (no plans to) would it then be possible?

abydos
Maybe use windows "remote control desktop"?Once your roommate logged in run cmd and type:shutdown -s -t 3Or use the PHP api.
Tyron
I dont know how much you know about programming but.. you could make an application which runs on your home pc that monitors your torrents using the webui API and once all torrent show as 100% to shutdown the pc? you could add this to the start up folder on the pc. just make sure it waits a while before running the first check otherwise it will shut the pc straight down. Ultima
Yes, it's possible. In fact, it doesn't even require the WebUI API (it's doable via scripting languages like AutoIt).
