Possibly a poisoned swarm ?!

Hello;

I downloaded recently a torrent file with a lot of seeders/leechers and began the DL. The DL speed was high in the first place, but quickly became very low, I checked the logger tab and found that there are a lot of "failed hash check" and banned ips. I had ~30 peers in the beginning and now I have only 8 :s

Does this mean that I am in a poisoned swarm ?

Yes, that's possible. You can try upgrading to the 1.8 beta, as it handles banning of peers who send bad data better.
