Solution to "Waiting to Log in"

This is how i got my "Waiting to Log in" situation fixed

Updated network drivers

Hard reset router and set dmz

Reset Firewall to default

Used these programs and updated them before running;

Advanced WindowsCare V2 Personal

-Updated and performed a scan then clicked fix

CCleaner

-Cleaner, Analyze then Run Cleaner

-Registry, Scan for issues then Fix selected issues (no backup was performed)

I hope this is able to help a few people out there, I searched these forums for hours on end, no luck. The solution mentioned above was the fix for me
