Yet another "File being used by another process"

I have read a few threads on the forum about this error, but i don't have google desktop installed, nor roxio, nor nero. All i can think of is AVG being the culprit but i have disabled the automatic system scan, and even excluded the download folder from the resident shield.

This is on my laptop. It's networked with other computers in the house but the download drive is not mapped on any other pc.

That's not the full logfile.

Also, did you recently update uT? Or was uT always like this? Or were you always using SP3?

here's the logfile, i think it is the same as previously.

I have installed UT 2 weeks ago, version 1.7.7 with no previous version installed before.

The laptop is 2 weeks old too, I installed SP3 a few minutes after the first boot, therefore on a clean OS.
