recover deleted data (?)

I mistakenly did "remove torrent+data". Is it possible to recover downloaded parts again?

if you removed it to the recycle bin, surely. If not, use a standard data recovery tool...

How can I be sure? Does utorrent by default move to recycle bin?

Right click the toolbar button, see for yourself. Not sure "default" settings for you. I've been using 1.8 for months.

it has a check on "move to trash if possible". I saw recycle bin and found that instead of 273 files (for the torrent), there are only 73 files. probably is was not possible to move all of them to trash or they have not started to downloaded and utorrent has not allocated for them

Now I restore them. The question is when I add the torrent file again, how can I tell utorrent that .ut! files are there. I am afraid that when I add the torrent, the dialog box comes and a new download starts from scratch.

If you put it in a place... when you add it, you choose the correct PARENT folder with the correct CHILD folder....

or just add it, and instead of starting, right click, advanced, set download location, click on the folder you stuck the stuff in.. then start, or force recheck . It will be what you recovered fom the recycling bin.

Unfortunately the recycle bin can only hold so much data (no more than 3.99GB), so any data over that is just lost.

You can use Advanced File Recovery. When I scanned my hard drive, it found files and I could open/preview them.
