Switeck Posted June 6, 2008 Report Share Posted June 6, 2008 Yes, if you're firewalled in uTorrent, on a BAD ISP that loves to drop/break BitTorrent connections, during the busiest times of the day on that ISP, on a bad torrent with few peers/seeds that aren't firewalled.Generally no though.
