Andrea66 Posted June 8, 2008 Report Share Posted June 8, 2008 After a fresh system setup, I'm having this strange problem: As soon as I start uploading or downloading with utorrent, all the other network connections (browser, mail) cannot connect to anywhere. As soon as the torrent is stopped, everything works fine. It's not the network capacity (task manager shows a network load of ~15% at most), processor load and memory are also far from critical. System is winxp, with kaspersky (configured properly according to other threads here). Same setup worked perfectly before re-installation, the only thing changed is that I added sp3.
