Switching from Azurus to utorrent

I've finally switched to utorrent from Azurus. I'd like to continue seeding (uploading) the torrents that I've download over the last year without having to start Azurus.

Is there a way to tell utorrent of all of the torrent files that I have so that it can continue seeding those files that I downloaded with Azurus?

I tried File:Add Torrent, however, it wants to download the file again, not just add it to the list of torrents files that I have.

Any help would be appreciated. I look forward to uninstalling Azurus, the resource hungry application. Thanks.
