uTorrent won't load, uninstall or reinstall.

My uTorrent client stopped starting up. I double click the executable and it doesn't even load, I've checked the task manager to see if it's been sitting in there and it's not.

I did manage to get it to run a couple of times after reinstalling it but now it won't even install.

I've scanned my computer with Spybot & Ad-Aware and found nothing harmful.

That looks like malware to me. MySQL would never install there.

I'm still having trouble with this. I just reformatted my computer, installed XP Pro SP2.

All I've done is install my drivers, load uTorrent for an hour or so, close it and it won't start up again unless I restart my PC and install it again.

This is now happening with all torrent clients I've tried. Deluge, Bitcomet.

I'd get process monitor from http://sysinternals.com and start logging (Ctrl-E), filter to uTorrent's PID, and see what's up.

i had the same problem too. for me, someother software such as irfanview, magiciso, flash movie player, utorrent are failing to load. don know why this is happening. tried everything but failed to figure out.

Do you run antivirus software? What about security software? What happens when you try to load utorrent from the command line?

Other software is failing to load? Now that definitely sounds like your Windows is glitching out. Tried rebooting?
