HI,

Every time I open utorrent it will run for a few mins and then cause my PC to crash with the above Blue Screen Message. I've checked the event viewer and the following logs are created.

Event Category: None

Event ID: 1001

Description:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000050 (0xf3dac430, 0x00000000, 0xbf80fae5, 0x00000000). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP.

This is something that happens when using either Azureus and uTorrent. I'm aware that this may not be a problem with utorrent itself but it's certainly using utorrent that provokes the error.

If anybody out there can offer help or advice, there's a strong possibilty that I will fall in love with you and spend the next week building a little effgy of you to place at the end of my bed so I can worship daily.

Cheers.

Again, as mentioned in other places (including the MS knowledgebase), the most likely cause of this is hardware failure. The second cause is faulty drivers. You can test the latter by looking for updated drivers for everything on your system.
