error in tracker list

Ive used utorrent alot and i just recently had to reinstall my operating system and ofcourse i had to reinstall utorrent. Ever since when i try and download something in my tracker list on version 1.8 i keep getting an error failure aap enabled, your ip must mach your login. What does this mean. Does it have something to do with utorrent settings or with the website im downloading from? Plz help

Tracker Errors are from the tracker. Did you add proxy information? What about changing Ctrl-P -> Advanced -> options net.* ?
