Changing path location..

Quick question. If I have a torrent downloading to one folder, can I, without letting it finish or exiting utorrent, go into my options and change the path for incoming/complete torrents, and have any new ones added go there, but still let the current torrent continue to it's original path?

The path settings in uTorrent's preferences aren't retroactive to existing torrents. Only new torrents get those settings automatically.

Thanks. The reason I ask is I'm about out of disk space, and want to grab something else but have it sent to my external. So there should be no problem with that? Thanks a lot.

Yes, no problems at all.

Indeed, your changes are stored internally in the torrent's structure in resume.dat once-added. So your changing of defaults will work perfectly for your dilemma.
