tH Posted December 29, 2005 Report Share Posted December 29, 2005 "No connection could be made beacause the target machine actively refused it"I've been getting this message while connection to the prq tracker(i think mongo too), i tried to download the same torrent with BitSpirit and it worked fine.Was utorrent banned or sth or is this related to port forwarding(that'd be odd because other trackers are working)?
