I want to know ideal setting for faster speed (i will be happy if i have 80kb/s). Firstly, i will tell you this things:Color of the network status light in µTorrent's status bar: Yellow, theres everytime some problemsWhat the port checker from the Speed Guide writes: 16266What the Speed Guide shows your settings to be: i dont know but i have speed about 3,8 mb/sWhat you have net.max_halfopen set to: 8Operating system installed: Windows XP proSecurity software installed: firewall: sunbelt kerio personal FW, antivirus: AVG, antispyware: AVG antiSWExact router model(s), and exact modem model: i really dont know, but i had more faster speed with same modelsConnection type: cable (cable-modem-router-PC) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

There's also fast test swarms like http://slackware.com/torrents/ ... which will tell you if you can download at that 3.8 Mbit (somewhere close to 400 KiBps).10 KiBps.. during the daytime or night time?
