uTorrent Shuts my Connection Down

I use utorrent 1.7.7

I start a torrent, but after like 10 mins it closes my internet connection. I get "limited or no connectivity" or it says that my connection is unpluged.

You're probably crashing your router. Try some of the stuff in that link.
