Choose which Connection type?

Which connection type should I choose at Options>SpeedGuide>ConnectionType ?

Speed Test shows:

Download Speed about 2000Kb/s

Upload Speed about 350Kb/s

But there are 3 other computers in my house sharing the same internet connection.

Using xx/384k right now.

Took about 40hours to download a 7gb game.

Increasing that beyond your limit may be a bad idea especially when considering others on your LAN. Time to download is... useful as a diagnostic tool only. If, while uploading at your set limit, you can still download say http://slackware.com/torrents/ @ 200+ KiBps you're setup OK.
