I have downloaded some files and until someone told me I deleted the file when it had downloaded and didn't know I had to leave it active for a while to seed. I have a couple of questions if anyone can help me.1 How long do you leave the file - I have left them until it has reached the end of the ETA time just as I do with the downloads, is is ok to delete them then?2 Seeding normally just works - but I have downloaded from one site and although it says seeding there is no upload. torrero Posted June 25, 2008 Report Share Posted June 25, 2008 1- check your ratio column. seed at least until you reach 1.000 ratio (=fair)2- you upload when there is need for uploading. utorrent does this automatically. there are either no peers to upload to, or there are too many peers (already downloading from other peers) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
