Cannot forward port

Alright, I am using a ZyXEL Prestige P652H/HW router. I did the port test (Ctrl+G) and it said my port wasn't opened, thus I visited PortForward.com in order to properly forward it. The closest version to my router in the ZyXEL listed routers was Prestige652. I followed the instructions exactly as it was described, but after taking the port test again, it said my port wasn't forwarded. The icon on the bottom of µTorrent remains yellow, and I get a very low download speed. I've tried everything, but still the goddamn port won't forward. Any help would be really appreciated. Hi, what is the Make & Model of your Modem?? Do you have any Firewalls or Internet Security Programs??

Modem: HDAUDIO Soft Data Fax Modem with Smart CP

I also have Windows Firewall and I'm using Norton Antivirus.

I've already put µTorrent into the exceptions of Windows Firewall.

Norton antivirus, not a very good program. What's the ZyXEL connected to? On the ZyXEL, look for a status page, what's the first half of your WAN/Internet IP address? Can you try bypassing the ZyXEL as a test and see how that works?

Is it just Nortons AV? Have you had any other security programs in the past that are no longer installed? Have you ever had Norton Internet Security?
