Unable to load "..." Invalid torrent file

hey guys i recently downloaded utorrent and when i first tried to load to torrent file it gave me tthis "Unable to load "..." Invalid torrent file" error im a bit new to this any help would bbe appreciated

How did you try to add it? Many sites require cookies to download torrents. This is silently handled by your browser but requires special configuration in RSS. http://utorrent.com/rsstutorial.php covers RSS setup
