I am running windows XP, SP2.. using std windows firewall. I have allowed outgoing destination unreachable and made an exception for utorrent. i am behind a wireless router, but i don't know if that has anything to do with it. please help... i have uploaded something like 20 gigs and downloaded less than 6 on this torrent...
