I have messed with settings until my head hurts.I have a greenlight in Utorrent and port is forwarded correctly. My ISP does not throttle my connection.So I am completly stuck.I am on verizon Fios.Any help would be greatly appreciated. just if you guys need some info on my computer i am running vista 64.I am currenly Downloading a torrent with over 300 peers but can only connect to 15 and my dl speed is 4.5 kb/sThanks in advance. I did the open office torrent and i was getting 300 KB/s so i am thinking it is just the torrent but my uploads right now on torrent are 100+. and this isn't the first slow torrent. I know I can get more out of my connection. Just need to know what I am missing.All my utorrent preferences are set to default if that helps.
