the uTorrent folder in c:\Documents and Settings\user1\uTorrent exists. Problem is there's alot of torrents in that folder that I've deleted and when I add one torrent, it asks for location and with 4 hard drives .. almost 2 TB, it's almost impossible to find one by one. I was a near top member of a wonderful club!

Oh... so your default is to just remove from list which makes this easier... you will HAVE to find some way searching for the data. Sure if it's alot of volumes, it may be useful to sort the torrents by destination folder... I covered some of this in the "recovering resume.dat thread http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=39733 and provided a procedure to restore by-folder as it were... in the linked post "my tips on backups". Once you get over 1000 loaded torrents it gets to be SOP for a regular backup of at least resume.dat. You don't need to backup the torrents in the %APPDATA%\uTorrent folder since you don't delete them.
