Port Not Forwarded....

I've tried this so many times its not even funny...I have been here before, but left due to frustration.

I've created a static IP address once again using portforward.com. I've followed their guide on port forwarding as well, and my port is never open....

Settings are as follows:

IP Address: 192.168.2.180

Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0

Default Gateway: 192.168.2.1

DNS: 192.168.1.1.

I'm running on Windows Vista with a Linksys WRT 54 G Version 6.

The reason my ip address is .2 instead of .1, is because both my modem and router share the same IP address...
