ch4oz Posted June 30, 2008 Report Share Posted June 30, 2008 Recently, i was messing around and in my home we have 2 computers on the SAME Ip address. After messing around, I came across that "An IP is conflicting with another computer" notice thing, so i set my computer to "Obtain an IP address automatically". (We use a router)Soon when i tried to torrent, the speeds were extremely slow ranging from the 10kb/s-30kb/s. Before it was around the 60-100 range.I went to some Port open check tool and checked if the port i always used was open on my IP address and it wasn't. Then, I constantly tried to use the port-forwarding method and still no luck and said it was not open/connection refused or connection timed out.If anybody could help me it is really appreciated.
