Can Utorrent finish downloading a file i started with another client

hi guys!

I started downloading a few torrent files with Ares. can i get utorrent to finish the downloads midway (these are really slow torrents due to their unpopularity, thus they take a few days to completely download). if it's possible, how can i do it?
