seed number brackets

can someone tell me the difference between the number in brackets and the number not in brackets for the seeds and peers? and if the seeds are both zero, does that mean all the seeds have removed the torrent?

my torrent says 0 of 0 seeds conencted and 1 in swarm, but ive no idea what that means.

help?
