homie-o
Hello, The "Set Program Access and Defaults" is correct and files still do not download. This happened after I switched search engines from firefox, to opera, to firefox 3.0, and back to firefox 2.0. I removed virus protection and spyware software (don't hack me please... hahaha). Supposedly the router protection is off or no problems with discrepencies since I called and there was a recorded message stating this. Uninstalled utorrent. Any other suggestions besides reading faqs is preferred. Internet options for security are ideally set. So, what's up?

homie-o
The problem is zero seeders for the torrent I wanted to download. There are no technical problems.
DreadWingKnight
Does the problem persist with openoffice torrents?
homie-o
I don't know openoffice torrents. What are openoffice torrents? I know that zero seeders were available for the files I wanted. That's the reason torrent files were not downloading.
