Nat error Plus Windows running slow

Ok, i have searched, can't seem to find what i need and have tried a lot of things, 1st off i have zonealarm running on my pc, latest version. I have installed the patch that made things a lot faster, the one from LvlLord.de, the thing is, that i have the Nat error, i have tried to config the firewall, i turned it off, and i still get the nat error. I take the port from the network options, im useing 10000 and check it through the NatCheck, it comes up as fail, i have done this w/ the firewall off and everything. I live in Japan, and don't know if my provider does anything to block this or if they even can, I have a fast connection, running off of t-com.

My system

XP sp2

AMD athlone processor 1.33ghz

640mb of ram

also, when running my system will do a slight pause, like if i move the mouse it will move but wont show its moving for about 2 secs then it will show up. I checked my resorces and utorrent is only using 6mb or something.

my download speeds are on average 20kbs and up can be higher than that.

please help me
