Switeck
But what's your upload speed max for your connection?...because uTorrent doesn't really care about download speed max.

Switeck
There are online speed tests for testing upload and download speed.Your ISP also SHOULD tell you how fast your connection is.
Emixman
aha i was tried this but there no connection for croatian link or something like this only new york, miami and .....................
Switeck
Try speed tests to somewhere in Europe then, such as Germany. If nothing else, your latency to them should be better. Doesn't your last ISP bill show what you're paying for on it?

Switeck
So it seems on your bill it only shows the max rated DOWNLOAD speed?Because as far as BitTorrent is concerned, upload speed is the basis for what settings to use....And it's my guess that you probably have less than 1/5th as much upload as you do download.Maybe even as little as 64 kilobits/second upload max! Emixman
now it goes download speed 150kb/sand upload 20kb/sok thx for nowyou can lock the topic
Switeck
Try running Speed Guide (CTRL+G) and choosing the xx/256k (256 kilobits/second max upload speed) setting. If that still seems a little slow, lower it to xx/192k as your upload may be flooding your connection.

jewelisheaven
Speed "boosting" software more likely than not adds bad-ware to your computer. It's possible your ISP does not encourage uploading. In that instance try following the troubleshooting sticky... lower your per torrent connections and lower global connections, or try enabling encryption and disabling legacy connections (if you have peers without 'e' or 'E' in the Peers tab, Flags column)...Generally shaping by your ISP follows a pattern either by time of dayor time of week.
