Firon
Well, your settings seem okay to me, try lowering connections/torrent to 30 or so and set 3 upload slots. And try the latest beta.
Switeck
Because the router isn't port-forwarded, you can only download from those who aren't firewalled...which is probably only 4 people out of 10 in the torrent. Since ALL the firewalled users also have to 'leech' off unfirewalled users, your speeds may be very slow till you port-forward the router.
dolbysnoopy
Add your utorrent port (both udp/tcp) to virtual server section of Dlink router or you'll never get better speed. Don't rely on uPnP, network ok feature, sometimes it doesn't work good.
Firon
I thought the virtual server function in D-Links doesn't work well, only the firewall rules.

Firon
Yeah. You might wanna turn off DHT to save bandwidth, though.

dolbysnoopy
I thought the virtual server function in D-Links doesn't work well, only the firewall rules.I think the firewall rules is just the same as virtual server, when I add an entry in virtual server, the same entry is in the firewall rules table. I think they do the same thing.
Firon
Many people reported virtual server not working for them, but creating a direct firewall rule would. D-Link routers are special.
