supfoo32
I've been using uTorrent for quite a while, and now a friend of mine would like to use it as well. All his ports will not let uTorrent work correctly, causing extremely slow speeds (1/5 of his download/upload speed or worse). I have done everything I could think of with no luck. Please help! GTHK
Network status light at the bottom? And the message given by it on mouse over? What did the port tester say? Did you individually test the speed of your connections? It'd be better to get him on here.
supfoo32
It's red with an exclamation and says "not connectable". The port tester says not open, and I'm not sure what you mean by individually testing them.
GTHK
As in, run a speed test on his line and then configure it according to the setup guide: http://www.utorrent.com/setup_guide.phpCan you define the network topology of his equipment in make/model [Type] -> make/model [type] format? Example using mine: WebSTAR DPC2100R2 [Cable Modem] -> Linksys WRT54G [Wireless Router] -> Computers/Nintendo DS's
