Switeck Posted July 10, 2008 Report Share Posted July 10, 2008 Check both 1st and 2nd links in my signature.We'll need a ton of information to go further.But you seem to be on Maxonline ISP in Singapore.That's a real nasty one as far as throttling just about all foreign traffic and BitTorrent in particular.uTorrent v1.8 might run a tiny bit better than earlier versions...but no guarantees that it'll help at all.
