Access Denied

I keep getting the Error: Access is Denied message

I am not running google bar or MSN toolbar

I am running Windows Vista.

I think it may have something to do with just installed Nero, but I cant seem to find the exact problem. I think I have turned off the indexing and also I deleted the whole Nero Toolkit folder which had the Nero Scout file in it and also deleted the index files that were in my program files common files folder.

My computer is brand new and I am the only user on it

Because of your suggestion I changed the location of my downloads and i was also having problems i think with long file location names. Changed the file and seems to be working now...fingers crossed
