My internet turns off and on, is there any solution to this. I would go from 1 mbps to 0 then back up. It gets annoying. I have comcast.I also usually always get a slow upload, but a decent download.I did read that Comcast stops you from seeding back your torrents by giving you a slow upload speed, is there truth to this?My speed: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I'd bet you have your Ctrl-G settings > xx/384Even in a main metropolis you usually can't sustain > 1 Mbit/sec (100 KiBps in uT). Is this the case? Those numbers suggest you have near a 240 KiBps THEORETICAL upload peak. What is the average upload ou can sustain...
